It initially started out as a joke in some aspect, but the more I play it, the more I'm finding it to be a worthy adversary. So what do you think the chances are that a deck based on the Obliveron Hero can do well?

Look at the allies you have access to

Thulthun
Apocanon
Dread Infernal
Warbringer Arax'imal

Gobolz
Prince Kael'thas Sunstrider
etc...

Then look at the abilities
Sudden Death
Death Shock
Form of the Serpent
Tomb of Ice
Totem of Decay
Spiritual Domination
etc...

Finally Quests
Rak'ilith
What Illidari wants
etc...

The key to the deck is it is fast...turn 3 = 9 dmg when everything falls in the right order. Turn 4 = 12 dmg and Turn 5 can get you as much as 16 - 18 dmg.

The only problem I'm having with it at the moment is ability / equipment removal.

In a world that is swarming with cats and rogues, is this deck at all viable?

Everyone on MWS is playing with HFI decks. You should throw it together and try it there and see.

who are you Gorsham?

It is lethal but I have not played alot of games against it. My first impression is its tough if you do not draw the demon that buffs demons. I personaly don't like to play decks relyin on a few cards to be good. But playtesting on Magic Work Station would be incredibly helpful to oyu. I play on there all the time now.

Loki...I'm that crazy guy down in San Antonio (Dave Clark). I'm the guy that when we play it always seems to come down to who goes first which I think you have won every time. The only time I think I beat you was during the Servants Pre-Release when I had that beast of a druid deck and still only took 3rd :(


I have the deck loaded in MWS along with a couple other decks including my scryer draw myself to your death deck that I want to do some play testing with. I'll look for ya on MWS.
